Circle serves approximately 700 households (approximately 2,000 individuals in total) each month. Our clients are working adults, single parents, children, seniors, veterans, those living with a disability, the underemployed, unhoused individuals, and others who are struggling. Eligibility for services is based on residence and household income.
We serve the footprint of the Parkway, Rockwood, Kirkwood and Valley Park School Districts, as well as the Fenton (zip 63026) and High Ridge (zip 63049) communities. Household income (including wages, child support, social security, government assistance and other resources) may not exceed 200 percent of the federal poverty level.
Clients provide documentation confirming their residence and household income to be eligible, and meet monthly with Circle caseworkers while receiving assistance from Circle.
