Circle clients come from a variety of backgrounds with varied skill sets and educational levels. Our mentorship volunteers work with our clients to support the connections that are valuable to early professionals and experienced professionals alike. Mentors provide coaching and share strategies in job searching, resume building, networking and interviewing, as clients work through challenges that may be impacting their ability to secure or maintain employment.
